Order by Tuesday, pick up Saturday
Sell a dozen eggs, a bouquet, a flat of strawberries, or a holiday turkey from the same public farm page as your CSA. Each product ties to a harvest lot, carries a weekly order window if you want one, and checks out by card with no buyer account. You see the orders, the pick list, and the deposit on one login.
Public farm page
One link for your bio
Your farm lives at plots.farm/farms/your-slug, with your logo, accent color, hero photo, an about blurb, and your phone, email, and address on the about page so buyers can reach you outside the platform. CSA shares and a la carte products sit on the same page with subscribe and buy buttons. One URL for the Instagram bio, the market sign, and the business card.
Lot-bound products
The store knows what is in the cooler
A product is bound to a harvest lot, not to a number you typed in March. The quantity a buyer sees is what is on hand minus what is already committed to orders and shares, so the 14 bunches of kale left after the CSA pack-out are the 14 bunches the store will sell. When the last one is committed the product goes quiet on its own; log Thursday's harvest and it is back.
- Available equals on hand minus committed
- Sold out on its own when the lot is gone
- Weekly order window, or always open
Alerts
An order came in while you were weeding
An order triggers an email and a push on your phone with the buyer, the items, and the pickup. You can see the day's orders from the field without opening a laptop, and the buyer gets a confirmation at the same moment. Turn the notifications you want on and the rest off; the payment-related ones stay on so a failed charge is never silent.
Pick lists
One pile per drop
When the window closes, the fulfillment dashboard builds a pick list for the day or for the window: every item and quantity across every order, grouped by pickup site so the Saturday market pile and the Tuesday farm stand pile are two lists, not one. Print it or read it on your phone at the wash station, so the packing table works from one list instead of a stack of order emails.
Fulfillment
Ready, then collected
Each order moves through two states you control: mark it ready when it is packed and the buyer gets a pickup email; mark it collected when they take it. The orders page shows what is still open for today, so at the end of the market you know which two bags are still in the cooler and who they belong to. Payment was captured at checkout, so nothing is owed at the table.
- Ready sends the pickup email
- Collected closes the order
