Who it's for

PlotsFarm for wholesale growers

Standing accounts

Six restaurant accounts, a grocer, and a price sheet that changes every Sunday night. The chef orders at midnight, the kitchen wants it Thursday, and the invoice is due in 30 days. Wholesale is a week of sheets, confirmations, and receivables that live in three apps. PlotsFarm puts the price sheet, the order, the harvest lot, the invoice, and the payment on one login, so what you confirm is what you picked.

What it fixes for wholesale and restaurant supply

The problem

The chef texts at 11 pm asking what you have this week. The honest answer is in the cooler, in the beds, and in a sheet you last updated two Sundays ago.

What PlotsFarm does

A sheet that knows the cooler

Build this week's sheet from what is available now and what is coming on: lots in the cooler mark items ready now, active plantings mark them coming soon. Set standing discounts and quantity breaks per buyer once. Publish, and every account sees the same sheet in their portal with their own prices, orders at midnight, and you get a push.

Week of Jun 8 · 14 items · Sungold pint · ready now · The Grove

The problem

Thursday's orders are in and the hail took half the basil. Now it is six phone calls, three edited PDFs, and a pick list that no longer matches any of them.

What PlotsFarm does

Confirm with changes, once

Open the order, trim the basil line to what the beds will give, add a note, and confirm with changes; the buyer sees exactly what shifted. The pick list for Thursday follows the confirmed quantities. A chef's off-sheet ask gets priced on confirmation and, from the same line, added to the sheet so next time it arrives priced instead of as free text.

The problem

The restaurant pays on 30 days, the grocer pays when the bookkeeper remembers, and the receivables live in a spreadsheet you reconcile against the bank on Friday nights.

What PlotsFarm does

Net 30 without the spreadsheet

Delivered orders turn into invoices with the buyer's terms already set, Net 15 or Net 30. Buyers settle by card from a link, or you record a check, and on-terms accounts pay when the invoice falls due. A claim for a short case becomes a credit that carries to the next invoice. Online payments land in your bank with the rest of your deposits.

Wholesale

The chef orders from this week's sheet

Buyers get a portal with your current sheet, their prices, and ready now against coming soon per item. They order at midnight; you get a push. Confirm as is or with changes, and the buyer sees exactly what shifted. An off-sheet request gets priced on confirmation and added to the sheet from the same line. Invoices carry Net 15 or Net 30, and claims become credits on the next invoice.

Harvests and inventory

The sheet knows what is in the cooler

Every harvest becomes a lot with on hand, committed, and available columns, so a case promised to one buyer is not offered to the next. Items on the sheet are bound to lots and to active plantings, which is how ready now and coming soon stay honest. Bulk harvest entry closes a crew morning in one save, and shelf life flags the case that should ship first.

Payments

Terms for the chef, a card for the grocer

Payments setup happens inside PlotsFarm and always shows which of six onboarding states you are in. Buyers settle invoices by card from a link, and on-terms accounts pay when the invoice falls due. Online payments land in your bank with your other deposits, and a push tells you when a payout goes out. You can also record a check when a buyer pays off the platform.

Tasks and team

The crew sees what they need

Owner, manager, and worker roles mean the crew sees the pick list and today's tasks, not the price sheet or the bank balance. Each task carries field, bed, and crop, and lands on the phone of the person it is assigned to. When a confirmed order changes the pick quantities, the Thursday list follows. You see completions on the web as they happen, and you can print the sheet for the wash station.

Start on the free tier

Free is a plan, not a trial. Plan the season, work the task list, log harvests, run a CSA and an online store, and take payments, with no subscription and no card. Selling carries a per-transaction fee; the numbers are on the pricing page.
