Why PlotsFarm

Four tools, four logins, and the harvest never reaches the store

A spreadsheet for the plan, an app for the planting dates, a store for the orders, and Venmo for market day. Each one knows nothing about the others, so you are the integration. PlotsFarm is the one login that replaces all four.

The duct-tape stack: what each tool does not know about the others, and what one record changes · 60 seconds

One record

From seed to deposit, the same row

The planting you drew on the Gantt in February is the task your crew checks off in May, the harvest you log at the bed in July, the lot the store sells from, the line on the order, and the deposit that lands on Monday. Nothing is typed twice because nothing lives twice.

Payments

Not a bolt-on

Stripe Connect runs inside the app. You set up payouts without leaving PlotsFarm, members and buyers pay by card on your farm page, and your balance and payouts sit on a page inside the app. There is no second dashboard to reconcile.

Time

Where the hours come back

Harvest entry for fourteen crops in one save. CSA billing that runs itself, retries itself, and emails the member before you notice. Chef orders that arrive priced off this week's sheet. Those are the weekly hours the stack was costing, and the ones a one-person farm can least afford.

Scope

Not built for a thousand acres

PlotsFarm is for diversified farms of half an acre to ten: beds not fields, successions not rotations of one crop, a market stand and a CSA rather than a grain contract. Everything it leaves out is left out on purpose, so the screens stay dense without being cluttered.

Built for the field

The phone is for the bed, the web is for the plan

Logging a harvest, a Pest scout, or a photo happens at the bed, on a phone, in sunlight, so those screens are high contrast with big touch targets and few steps. Writes queue when the signal drops and replay when it returns. Planning a season and reading the books happen on the web, where the screen is big enough to see the whole year.

Pricing

Start on the free tier

Free is a plan, not a trial. Plan the season, work the task list, log harvests, run a CSA and an online store, and take payments, with no subscription and no card. Selling carries a per-transaction fee; the numbers are on the pricing page.
