How it works

Six steps from an empty map to a paid order

This is the whole loop, start to finish, on the campaign’s demo farm. Each step is one clip; the walkthrough at the top is the sign-up itself.

From sign-up to your own farm: the onboarding, start to finish · 90 seconds

Step 1 of 6

Draw the farm once

Trace your fields on the satellite view, split them into beds at the lengths you actually have, and you never redraw them. Every planting, task, and harvest from here on points at one of these beds.

Step 2 of 6

Plan the season

Pick a crop, a bed, and a market date; PlotsFarm counts back to the sow date with your frost dates in mind. Eight successions of lettuce go in from one form. The Gantt shows the whole year by bed.

Step 3 of 6

Work the list

Tasks come off the plan on their own: sow, transplant, begin harvest. Move a planting and the list moves with it. Assign the morning to the crew, and watch it get checked off from the field.

Step 4 of 6

Log at the bed

Fourteen crops in one save at the wash station, or one bed at a time from the phone with gloves on. The harvest becomes inventory the moment it is saved; the store knows what is in the cooler.

Step 5 of 6

Sell it

A CSA share takes two minutes to set up and bills itself. The store opens an order window, order by Tuesday, pick up Saturday, and sells only what you have. Chefs order off this week's sheet.

Step 6 of 6

Get paid

Set up payouts without leaving the app. Members and buyers pay by card, a failed share charge retries on its own, and your balance and upcoming payouts are on one page.

And then

The season opens on one login

Next year starts from this year: roll the CSA forward, duplicate the plan, keep the beds, keep the buyers. The record you built is the one you plan from.

Start on the free tier

Free is a plan, not a trial. Plan the season, work the task list, log harvests, run a CSA and an online store, and take payments, with no subscription and no card. Selling carries a per-transaction fee; the numbers are on the pricing page.
